Leeanne Mahoney has over 15 years of practice in cultural resource management. Her Experience encompasses project management, field directing, report deliverables, Phase I-identification, II-determination of eligibility, and III-mitigation, laboratory analysis, and curation following federal standards. She is proficient in NEPA, NAGPRA, and Sections 106 and 110 of the NHPA. Leeanne is a key contributor to a diverse array of projects, spanning markets such as oil and gas, renewable energy, power, transportation, and federal. She adheres to regulations of state, federal, and independent agencies for compliance, including State Historic Preservation Offices, Tribal Historic Preservation Offices, EPA, DOI, DOE, DoD, USACE, FERC, and NRC. Her qualifications exceed those set forth by the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation (48 FR 44716-42).
